Michelle was fabulous to work with and moved quickly with us. Throughout the process she was always available for questions and to offer her expertise. We were a relocation and started the process with an agent from Coldwell Banker—which was a disaster. We couldn’t get that guy to do anything and changed about 2 months in. Michelle went above and beyond what was expected. We were out of state for most of the time our house was for sale with Michelle as well as when it went under contract. Not only was she a great negotiator but she was extremely generous in helping us with the little things that popped up with the home—removing a mailbox full of junk mail, bringing things in off the porch, sending my daughter some medication that was delivered because she had forgotten to change the delivery address, offering to change a chirping smoke alarm which was at the top of a vaulted ceiling etc. Seemingly very small things but it was so helpful and meant a lot. Michelle is a very kind respectful person and it truly was a pleasure to work with her.

Michelle was wonderful from the start. She put up with our changing our minds and was patient with us throughout the process. She ALWAYS had our best interests in mind, and was a delight to work with. We met her at an open house she was holding, and we hired her the next week. Sometimes you just know when you meet the right person. As I said previously, we hired an exceptional realtor, and ended up with a wonderful friend.

We met Michelle at an open house prior to putting our house on the market. Her energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism really impressed us...and she was just so genuine! We had just moved here in November but we were unhappy with the decision we had made on a house. We had planned on using the realtor we had employed for our move down here, but when we met Michelle, we knew she was the one for us. She was in touch regularly, was very patient as we searched for the right home, and she was available to us whenever we needed her. We met a realtor, and ended up with a friend. Michelle is awesome!
